Adapted Aerobic Dance, is an aerobics class specifically for individuals with disabilities.
Individuals will enjoy the benefits of building cardiorespiratory endurance by following and moving along with an instructor to a variety of music, whether it’s by standing or sitting in a chair.
Enhance activities of daily living by improving strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and digestion, while having Fun. This class is a great way to achieve better health and wellness as well as making new friends in your community.
